 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Returns initiated after thirty (30) days of receipt of the Goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for paying all return shipping fees.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: We do not accept returns on specials or gift cards.

Guidelines for charging restocking fees

In some circumstances, we charge a restocking fee when a buyer returns an item.
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price, depending on the type of item and its condition upon return. (Item price does not include shipping costs.)
We calculate the restocking fee when you process the return request.

The buyer changes their mind(Accidental order/Better price available/No longer needed/wanted) about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window. Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer returns an item in the original condition more than 30 days past the return window. The 30 days allow for return transportation from the buyer to the seller. Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier. No.
The buyer receives a damaged or defective item. No.
The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer. Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered. No.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
