Terms and Conditions
Either party has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately without notice. If the affiliate terminates the agreement, Xinfraredx will no longer pay any commission on any past or future client transactions.
If Xinfraredx elects to terminate the agreement, any balance will be paid to the affiliate within 30 days of termination. Xinfraredx reserves the right to terminate any member if we believe that the member has abused the referral.

Are there any payout fees involved?
Xinfraredx uses a third-party PayPal payment processor for payouts. Fees for transactions, as charged by our payment processor:2.0% of transaction up to $1.00 + $0.50 USD
What is the payout period? When will I receive my payouts?
Payments can be requested every 30 days. Payment processing can take up to 15 days from the request date. Payments will generally be paid via PayPal, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
What is the minimum amount of revenue required to receive payout?
Affiliates are eligible for payout once their revenue balance reaches $100. If we owe you less than $100 (or your personally set threshold), your fees will be rolled into the next month's total.
