Q: Does Xinfrared T2Pro thermal camera and thermal monocular need a battery?

No. It has no built-in battery. Smartphone is its power supply. With low power consumption, it can work for 4-6h under the support of the smart phone. No-battery design also makes exporting and importing easier and faster.

Q: Do you have the product in stock? And what is the lead time?

Yes. We have large amounts in stock and ready to ship. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is processed.

Q:All the smartphone can use this thermal camera?

It is for android smartphone with type-C interface and IOS. The andriod version with USB-C is not available for the iPhone 15 Pro. IPhone 15 Pro connector is not yet available. We are currently working on iPhone 15 connector and expect to have an update in about a month.

Q: What are the applications? What is it used for?

It can be used for wild survival, Night Running&Hiking, short video& Live Stream, Animal observation and outdoor entertainment.

Q: Is it powered by the phone, or with a battery of it's own?

It is powered by the phone.
